Selected farms
SQ Flora has developed long-term relationships with a worldwide network of carefully selected dedicated growers.
In Kenya we source from 10 farms with a total production area of more than 500 hectares. Choose from over 30 different products, including all kinds of roses - from standard to garden roses and sprays - as well as other premium quality flowers such as calla lilies, alstroemeria, hydrangea, carnations, limonium, gyps, anigozanthos, hypericum, etc.
In Holland we source a broad range of typically Dutch Flowers directly from our partners. This means we can offer you the best quality tulips, lilies, chrysanthemum, lisianthus, etc.
Packed at source
For optimum quality, we believe in “packing at source”. Our shorter supply chain and reduced product handling means you benefit from improved quality and better freshness in store. Thanks to strong relationships with growers, SQ Flora is uniquely placed to work this way, not only in Kenya, but also in Holland.
Adding as much value as possible on the farms is one of the main principles of SQ Flora. This belief led us to develop a beautiful range of ready-made bouquets from our Kenyan farms.
Sustainability
Sustainability is one of the key pillars of SQ Flora. We believe in shorter supply chains and consolidation in multiple parts of the world to lower our carbon footprint. This way of working also has a positive effect on the use of carton and other materials.

We understand the market is changing rapidly. Business is happening 24 hours a day. If we have a question, we need an answer within a couple of hours. This can only be accomplished by working with selected partners / growers and a dedicated team. Our direct lines with growers mean you benefit from quick communication and a better level of service.

Traceability is becoming more and more important in retail. Your customers want to know where their product comes from and whether it’s been produced according to sustainable and ethical standards. That’s why we only partner with selected growers.
We can always trace our products and respond instantly to any quality issues. By working with growers we can guarantee and “manage” certain cut stages and specifications. This allows us to innovate, bringing fresh ideas to the market.
